Praying For The Nations and for the poor – 20 Nov 2008

Racism We pray for India, Germany, United States, United Kingdom, Japan, the African continent, Australia, and the rest of the world. United Kingdom Father, we pray for the nation of the United Kingdom today and its people. During its peak this nation colonized and ruled over many nations. However, many nations today have been affected by the past. Today, we pray for complete healing and restoration to take place. We pray for forgiveness, repentance, and Your hand of grace to protect these nations from further pain and suffering. Right now the UK has one of the largest populations of Indians. Good or bad, it does not matter. We pray that You O Lord would use this for Your glory and purpose. We cry out to You today. Please O Lord, bring peace upon this nation and its people of different religion and culture. Ultimately O Lord, we pray that many will find You through this. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Your Word O Lord, is the bread of life. We pray right now for every poor person who does not have the opportunity to hear and understand Your Word. Father, Your Word is clear in 1 Corin 1:27 that You will use the foolish things of this world to shame the wise. Today, we pray for great miracles to take place for the lives of every child and person that is in poverty. We pray that millions will come to know You and worship You, not by our human imagination or creation. But You O Lord, will do the impossible. Help us all Lord, not to despise the poor, the weak, or needy. Instead we pray for more people who would stand in the gap for them and declare the will of God to take place in our lifetime for the poor. God, you are in control, and we pray right now that You will reveal Yourself to the poor and those who need You most. In Jesus name we pray, amen. © 2008 Shaun Lee
