Praying For The Nations and for the poor – 15 Nov 2008

Cuba Father we thank you for the amazing transformation that is taking place right now for the nation of Cuba. Though it may seem small in some eyes, the impact You are making today is far greater than what any human being can do. O Lord we pray for Your continued support and strength. This year marks another successful year in its tourism industry. Lord, 2 million people visit Cuba every year from all over the World. Lord we pray for more. We pray that more and more tourist would visit Cuba and one day be touched by the Spirit of God. Lord we pray that righteousness would be established. We pray that Your name would be the foundation of this nation. More importantly we pray that the Lord’s name will be the foundation for generations to come. Lord, You are shaking this nation and its people right now. We pray that more would come to know You. We pray that You would use the current natural disasters such as hurricanes to humble people so that they will turn to You forever. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Father we pray for the poor right now from every nation. God we pray that you would pour your unfailing love on them. We pray that the light of the Lord would be their comfort and strength through times of hardship. In Your mercy we pray that our prayers would be answered especially for those that are suffering and starving. God almighty we pray for every child who is sick, ill, and in pain. We pray that You would comfort them right now with your hand of warmth and glory. We pray that You would reveal yourself to them that they may know You. Father, we pray right now that millions would come to know You, through miracles and wonders the world cannot fathom. God you have a mighty purpose and we pray right now that Your will be done today for every poor and starving person. In Jesus name we pray, amen. © 2008 Shaun Lee
