Prayers for the youth and marriages – 20 Nov 2008

We thank you for the love, grace, and mercy that You have given to us all. Today, we pray that Your unfailing love would never depart from the hearts of every child created in You. Where parents have neglected, abandoned, disowned, and discounted. You O Lord, fill the holes, gaps, loss, and emptiness. Father, we pray that every child would rise on eagles wings, stand and face the enemy. It does not matter how old. Father, even the most hardened and abused child is going to transform this world. Help us pray for them. Help us encourage them today. In Your mercy, let our prayers be heard and answered today. In Jesus name we pray, amen. © 2008 Shaun Lee

Father, we lift up every marriage made in You. Some marriages are mixed, and come with baggages of the past. Today O Lord, we pray for complete restoration, healing, acceptance, and strength to not let go of What God has given to us. Father, there is power when You bring two nations together through the life of two people. Though cultures, food, traditions may be different. HOWEVER, WE ARE DEFINED BY YOU LORD AND NOT BY OUR WAYS AND DIFFERENCES. Right now, in the name of Jesus we pray for unity. Use these marriages and their children to make inroads, avenues, and cross barriers. The impassable is made passable by God through differences. In Jesus name we pray for miracles to take place, amen.
