Prayers for the youth and marriages – 23 Nov 2008

Isaiah 48:17 This is what the Lord says-your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go. Father, for every child who walks with fear, who walks with shame, who walks with insecurity, we pray right now that they will recognize that our Lord is our redeemer. He declares to the world that He is our God who teaches us what is best for us, but most of all He directs us in the way we should go. Lord, for every lost child with no direction. For everyone without a purpose in life. For every person who cannot answer why You created us for, we pray that they will bow their knees to You today. For you are the one that directs and guides the way we should go. In Jesus name we pray, amen. © 2008 Shaun Lee

2 Timothy 2:15 Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth. Father we pray for every marriage today. We pray that marriages would give their best to stand as one that is approved. We pray that marriages will be recognized for their hard work to building their marriage, but most of all they will stand unashamed, because they correctly handle the word of truth. You are the Word of truth. You are the light that guides our path. You are the key to our hearts. Today, we pray for every couple that does not know who You are Lord. Help them see and recognize that without You we are completely and utterly empty. God today, we pray blessing over all marriages. In your name, amen.
