Absolutely non-negotiable – value every child Proverbs 20:7 The righteous man leads a blameless life; blessed are his children after him. Leading a righteous life is an absolute non-negotiable. Furthermore, God promises us that if we are blameless, blessed will our children be after us. Children are a blessing from God. Every child created is of value. Today, I pray that we would be able to recognise the value and worth of every child that God has given us. Valuing every child is an absolute non-negotiable. No matter how stinky their attitude may be right now. No matter how imperfect they are. It all does not matter. There is only one of them in this world, just like you. He made them special, I hope we can recognise that even through the difficult times. Speak destiny into your children. I admire my mentor so much, because he has the anointing to speak destiny into my life. What does speaking destiny mean? It is the ability to recognise a person’s destiny, but you don’t just stop there. You call out a person’s destiny, opening their eyes to see the amazing gifts that God has given them. We speak right into our children’s soul. What is from the Lord is a promise and it is time we allow our children to see and believe it. Declare the will of God and not your will. There is a danger of planting our own seeds into our children. We must be careful that we are not forcing our children to do things in life the way we want, and not how God wants. To be doctors, lawyers, singers, musicians, etc. ARE THESE THINGS FROM GOD, OR ARE YOU PLAYING GOD? Bless. I pray that everyday we would be able to bless our children. EVERYDAY!!! It is easy to judge, to see the flaws, and see the imperfections. So what! It is time we stop, pause, and bless, bless, and bless. © 2009 Lee Shaun Tzen. www.everynation.org.sg archive: www.shauntzen.blogspot.com |
