Praying For Norway and for the poor – 5 Mar 2009 1 Chronicles 16:10 Glory is His holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice.

Father, we pray for the nation of Oman today. We pray that You would specifically reveal to us Your purposes and plans that You have in store for this nation. Father, amazing things are taking place in this nation right now. Father, the government of Oman has taken great steps forward in developing this nation. The reputation of this nation has changed, and we pray right now that You would continue to bless and use this government as an example. We pray that this nation would stand on firm foundations, of righteousness, integrity, peace, and humility. Father, we pray that these characteristics would be ingrained in the lives of its children. We pray that generations from now, strong foundations will still be in tact because of You. In Jesus name we pray, amen. © 2009 Lee Shaun Tzen

Father, we pray and lift up every poor and needy person to You. We thank you for their lives. We pray right now that You would give meaning and reason in their lives. Help us Father, to care, to pray, to bless, and to give. Father, we pray that our children would be able to develop these habits. Where we have failed, we pray that these bad habits will not be passed down. Lord, You bless those who give to the poor. We pray for more givers today. We pray that money would never hold us back from giving to those that are less fortunate. In the name of Jesus we pray that the world’s poverty line will shrink year after year, because of You. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
