Praying For Niue and for the poor – 3 Mar 2009 1 Chronicles 16:10 Glory is His holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice.

Lord we thank you for the island of Niue. We thank you that You have Your loving hand and purpose on this island. Father, as we pray for this territory, we pray that we would declare your will today. Father, we pray right now that the voice of the Lord would speak the loudest in this nation. Help us to hear You. We pray that Your children would not get distracted and carried away with false satisfactions in life. Lord, without a doubt You are going to use this island, all for your glory. Today, we pray that we would walk faithfully. Help us to carry out everything that You have planned. Father, we pray that You would bless New Zealand. As they continue to provide the financial support for this island, we pray that a strong bond and unity would take place. Father, you are our rock and solid foundation. Lord, we declare Your purposes to be fulfilled today. Thank you Father for every single life, every single poor and needy person in this world. Father, majority of this world has absolutely no care or concern for the poor. We live in a selfish world. However, You O Lord are our example. We pray that we would be convicted today. Lord, forgive our selfish and individualistic lives. Lord, help us. Use us to make a difference. We thank you for the poor. We pray that You would bless them today. Provide for them. Give them comfort and bring healing to those that are critically ill. Father, we pray that Your hand of righteousness would bind and remove those that abuse and mistreat Your sons and daughters. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
