Praying For Romania and for the poor – 17 Mar 2009 1 Chronicles 16:10 Glory is His holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice.

Father, we thank you right now for the nation of Romania. As this nation continues to develop economically and socially, we pray that Your sons and daughters would not neglect the importance of praising and worshiping Your name. Father, we pray that we would be reminded of how Your own chosen people treated You Father. Being set free from slavery, they were short-sighted, they only cared about the small things in life. Father, we pray that Romania would not fall short of their destiny. We pray that Your people would focus on building strong foundations. We pray that they would ingrain the Word of God into the lives of the future generations. In Jesus name we pray, amen. © 2009 Lee Shaun Tzen

As we pray for the poor today, we pray that You would remove the chains from the enemy. Many things have gone hidden to the world. However, nothing goes hidden from You O Lord. Father, we pray that You would awaken Your people. Help us to gain knowledge and discernment. We pray against diseases, against illnesses, and we pray that we would be able to educate those in poverty through simple ways. We pray that we would not complicate the Bible. Help us to do the simple things right, so that our children will be able to have a personal relationship with You. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
