Prayers for the youth and marriages – 26 Mar 2009 2 Samuel 22:29 You are my lamp, O Lord; the Lord turns my darkness into light

Lord, we pray right now for the youth of the world. We pray that that our children would begin to realise how they can be used to bless and make a difference in the lives of those that are not as fortunate as them. We pray that our children would take advantage of their youthfulness. We pray that they would not waste time just because they are young. On the other hand, we pray that they would open their eyes so that they can see the blessings that You have in store. We pray that they would see their calling, how they can make a difference. Father, we pray right now that You would protect every marriage. We pray that You would bless every couple. We pray that You would guard the hearts of those that have weak foundations. Father, we pray right now that You would begin to lay solid foundations in every marriage. We pray that couples would begin to open their eyes. Let them see how valuable their marriage is. Today, we have the ability to make a difference. Today, we have the ability to change. Help us Father. In Jesus name we pray, amen. s
