Prayers for the youth and marriages – 7 Mar 2009 Proverbs 19:27 Stop listening to instruction, my son, and you will stray from the words of knowledge.

As our youth continue to grow up, we pray that materialism would not be ingrained in their hearts and soul. We pray that debt would not be passed down to them. We pray that they would not pick up bad habits Lord. Our children are like sponges absorbing everything. Lord we pray that they would grab and retain everything that is righteous, pure, honest, and holy. Father, we pray that our youth would be able to discern and throw away everything that is unrighteous, harmful, and unholy. In Jesus name we pray, amen. © 2009 Lee Shaun Tzen

Thank you for faithfully guiding so many couples through this week of prayer. Lord, today I sense that You want to ingrain in every marriage the importance in expressing and telling each other the importance and significance. Father, we pray that husbands would never take for granted the sacrifices, the hardships, and emotions that their wives go through. We pray that we would lead, we would be a strong pillar in their lives, so that they would always be drawn back to God. We pray for wives that they would not take their husbands for granted. We pray that wives would be the rock and strong support in every marriage. Thank you Lord for every marriage. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
