Words of Encouragement for Every New Day ~ 17 Jan 2009

Navigating through the course of life – God appoints If we do not recognize God’s anointing on our lives which I talked about yesterday, then we would not be able to recognize His appointing. God appoints those He anoints. We often strive for positions, for jobs, for roles, but have you ever wondered why you wanted that so badly? Some of us are motivated by titles and positions. And some of us are motivated by money. When these people are able to recognize that God’s anointing is on their lives and God is appointing them, what they will do for the Kingdom of God, is way beyond human imagination. We cannot give human credit for what was done by our Lord. At this point, I hope that we can reflect on our past. From a child to where we are today. Let us go back and thank God for anointing and appointing us along the way. Have we failed to see that God has navigated our lives since we were a child? He may have protected you for a serious car accident. God protected me when I was 22 years old, driving from my army camp to home, and I almost killed an old man crossing the road. Can I give human credit for what is way beyond human ability? God is opening our eyes today, to see, to know Him, what are we waiting for? Jeremiah 6:17 I appointed watchmen over you and said, “Listen to the sound of the trumpet!
