Prayers for the youth and marriages – 4 Jan 2009 Psalm 37:18 The days of the blameless are known to the Lord, and their inheritance will endure forever.

As we focus our prayers right now for the youth. We pray that Psalm 37:18 would reign and be instilled in every youth. Father, we pray that youths would recognize the value in protecting their virginity, protecting their minds, hearts, souls, and guarding their mouths from gossip. We pray right now for a blameless generation to rise right now. We pray that You will use this generation to establish Your purpose and plans. Lord God, the battle ahead will be tough and many will give up, but right now we pray that You will speak directly to the youths that You have chosen. Father, may Your will be done today. Lord, we thank you for every marriage. We thank you for the sacrifices that many have made. For this we pray that You will continue to bless and pour your favor on them. Father, use these marriages as an example to the world. Lord we thank you for the challenges. We thank you that it is through the trials and storms that the gift of perseverance is established. Father, we pray for greater hope right now, and greater faith. Father we pray for blameless marriages to rise right now. Though the world is darkening every second we wait; however, a blameless generation is rising that will walk blamelessly free from sin and will vomit at the sound of adultery. Father, we declare this. We pray for this. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
