Prayers for the youth and marriages – 19 Jan 2009 Romans 5:3-4 Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character, and character, hope.

Lord, we pray for our children today. We thank you for every single life. From the smartest child in human standards to the normal, and to those that are considered failures. In the name of Jesus we break these standards. We are defined and made in You, not in man. Father, we pray right now that You would humble the wisest and most powerful of nations, by using the “dumbest” people in human standards to transform this world. Right now, we pray that You would teach us how to not judge but to bring out the best in people. In Jesus name we pray, amen. © 2009 Lee Shaun Tzen

O Lord, we pray for every single marriage right now. Lord, we pray that couples would begin to walk in Your presence. Help us to walk with You always. We pray that even the hardest of hearts would be melted and humbled by You Lord. Father, there are many broken marriages as we speak right now. There are many who abuse their wives. There are many in immoral relationships. Father, touch our hearts and correct us Lord. Help us to value marriage. O Lord, we pray that marriages would begin to be built on the right foundations today. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
