Praying For The Nations and for the poor – 29 Jan 2009

#113 Libya Father, we thank you for all that is taking place right now in the nation of Libya. We thank you that You are raising up leaders in this nation who love You above all. Men and women who do not fit the mold of this world. Father, let these people be used as an example that God can use anyone for His glory and purpose. Lord Jesus, we pray for the current circumstances of this nation. Father, we pray that Your children would not give up. We pray that they would not hunger and thirst for things in life that will not satisfy. Father, we desperately cry out to You. We long for Your voice to shine and reign on earth. By the blood of Jesus and by the will of God, You reign. In Jesus name we pray, amen. © 2009 Lee Shaun Tzen

Father, we continue to lift up the poor and starving to You. We pray for great faith today. It is easy to harbour discouragement, because of statistics. However, today O Lord we choose not to base our life on statistics and circumstances. Because You O Lord are in control. Father, right now we pray that Your glory would shine on earth. Especially on those that are weak and need You. Father, we pray that You would continue to open the eyes of the rich and those that live in abundance. Lord, with everything that You have gifted us with, we pray that we would not hoard it but we would use it to bless the world. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
