Words of Encouragement for Every New Day ~ 16 Jan 2009

Navigating through the course of life – God anoints As we head into the tail end of this series, I pray that we would be able to recognise, God’s anointing on our lives. God anoints those who follow Him, those who faithfully remain in Him. The encouragement for today is to continue walking faithfully in His anointing. There is a difference between God navigating our lives and following all the other gods in this world. Our Lord Jesus Christ is not counterfeit. How God communicates with me can be totally different with you. But I am certain that God’s navigation is very clear. Why? Because He is not counterfeit. 1 John 2:27 As for you, the anointing you received from Him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as His anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit - just as it has taught you, remain in Him. Are we ready for the challenges and calling? Are we ready to face tomorrow? I hope that we would be able to say yes, confidently.
