Praying For The Nations and for the poor – 10 Jan 2009

Praying For The Nations and for the poor – 10 Jan 2009

Psalm 22:26-28 The poor will eat and be satisfied; they who seek the Lord will praise him – may your hearts live forever! All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord and all the families of the nations will bow down before him, for dominion belongs to the Lord and he rules over the nations.

#95 Ireland

Lord, we pray for the nation of Ireland. We thank you for every single person that has made Ireland their home. Father, we pray that a strong presence of ownership would rise in them. A sense of purpose. A sense of belonging and a sense of value.

Father, we pray that this nation would being to recognize its worth and value in the eyes of the Lord, and not how man sees.

We pray that You would use this nation. We pray that You would bless this nation with an abundance of crops and good soil that will be used to feed millions of starving people all over the world.

The world is going to recognize the power, the tenderness, and loving kindness of our Lord, through this nation. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Lord, we pray that You would teach us all to value a single cent. One dollar a day can go so far to feed starving people all over the world.

Father, help us to unite together to help unite nations together so that people can find the true meaning to life which is only from the Lord Jesus Christ. We pray that our prayers would be heard today. In time, we pray that a mighty team would band together, not for our own agendas, but solely to help the poor.

Jesus, we pray that our voices would be heard today. We pray that sons and daughters all over the world would unite in fighting against starvation, illnesses, and the persecution and exploitation of the poor. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
