Prayers for the youth and marriages – 11 Jan 2009 Psalm 43:3 Send forth your light and your truth, let them guide me; let them bring me to your holy mountain, to the place where you dwell.

We pray for our youth. We pray that every single child today would continue to build and strengthen their relationship with You. Father, it saddens my heart and bothers me so much when our youth care little or nothing about You and what You are doing right now in this world. Lord, we pray that You would shake and humble the minds of every youth right now. Help them to see and recognize the value of a single life. Lord, please send forth your light and your truth, and we pray that it will guide us all. Guide us and teach us, so that we can be effective leaders, examples, and mentors to ever single precious child of Yours. In Jesus we pray, amen. © 2009 Lee Shaun Tzen

Lord, we pray that You would brighten every single marriage right now. Where there has been darkness and suffering we pray right now that the Lord’s discipline would humble and rebuke hardened and stubborn hearts. Father, we pray that couples would be willing to go the extra mile to build and strengthen their marriages. Marriages today are vital and crucial for God’s plans. You are leaders of your home and families, and it is through families that godly values, principles, can be instilled. But the most important aspect of families is that it is through families that children will begin to understand what a relationship with God is like. Father, we pray that 2009 will be a year of building our relationship with You. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
