Prayers for the youth and marriages –2 Jan 2009 We pray for:

1) We pray for the gift of humility to be poured on every youth right now 2) We pray that the Lord’s hand of security will suffice, we pray that they will never seek love from anyone else but You 3) We pray that children would learn to submit their wills to God, so that they can find the power to respect their parents 4) Open their eyes and hearts, may the Lord be their strength, light, and tower of refuge 5) We pray that 2009 will be a year of challenges. 1) Lord we pray that every marriage would be based on the foundation of love that is not defined by the world but You 2) We pray that the Lord’s armor and protection would be upon every husband and wife. May they guard their hearts from sinning 3) Lord, we pray that we would love Your laws and not treat them as burdens. We find freedom through You and only You 4) We pray that families would be bound together by the blood of Jesus. We pray for unity, we pray for quality time, and not surface level communication 5) Lord we pray for the gift of sacrifice. We pray that husbands/wives would sacrifice their own desires to strength their marriage given by God
