Words of Encouragement for Every New Day ~ 4 Jan 2009

You are made complete. As I conclude my series on knowing that we have been made complete, I pray that we would be able to fully understand what this means. No longer do we have to fight the world, no longer do we have to compare ourselves to others, and no longer do we have to struggle with life with our own strength. It is a daily reminder that we have made complete in God. Some day it is easy to remember, and other days when we face storms, we may forget. Are we going to be the ones that forget and are swept away? Or, are we going to be the ones that stand firm? God has given us the Bible. I pray that we would recognise that we need to read the Word daily in order to realise that we have been made complete. God reveals countless men and women who were flawed, yet used. God also reveals countless men and women who were headed the right track, yet they failed in the end. What is your story? What will be said of you in the end?
