Praying For The Nations and for the poor – 13 Jan 2009 Psalm 22:26-28 The poor will eat and be satisfied; they who seek the Lord will praise him – may your hearts live forever! All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord and all the families of the nations will bow down before him, for dominion belongs to the Lord and he rules over the nations.

#98 Jamaica Father, we thank you for the nation of Jamaica. We thank you for their gifts, strengths, and abilities. We pray right now that this nation would continue to build upon their strengths so that it will be used to glorify and praise Your name. However, today we also pray for their weaknesses. Father, we pray that You would reveal and humble every heart. Let them know what makes them weak. Father it is through our weaknesses that we are humbled and surrendered. Today, we pray for more surrendered hearts, willing to give their all to You. In Jesus name we pray, amen. © 2009 Lee Shaun Tzen

Lord, we pray that Your light would always shine upon your Children, especially those that are suffering. We pray for peace. We pray that their lives would be touched and preserved from harm and danger. We pray that You would send people to help them. Father, we pray that our prayers would be heard. We pray that You would challenge us today to make a difference. If You are calling us to go forth and help, let us walk obediently. In the name of Jesus we thank you and pray that we would obey no matter what. In Your name we pray, amen.
