The Lord blesses the simple hearted Jesus was a carpenter. Peter and John were uneducated but made one of the biggest impacts for the Kingdom of God after Jesus was resurrected. Acts 14:13 When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished and they took note that these men had been with Jesus. But since they could see the man who had been healed standing there with them, there was nothing they could say. Today, what are you after in life? Why are you after that in life? What is it going to do for the Kingdom of God? The Lord blesses the simple hearted. Why? Because they only want to accomplish and see God’s will accomplished. The simple hearted have a simple but effective strategy. They could careless about being rich. They could careless about the latest sports car on the market. They use every opportunity to glorify God, including the current economic crisis. Never ever despise the simple hearted and never ever despise being ordinary. God can use anyone! Today, if you feel marginalized because of being simple at heart. Do not lose faith. The Lord blesses and uses the simple. He uses the simple to shame the wise, greatest, biggest, and most powerful. Watch and see the Lord at work!
