Prayers for the youth and marriages – 25 Oct 2008

Father we thank you for every child in this world. We pray for your guiding light right now. Lead your children O Lord. Lead them and guide them. We pray that Your children would desire to learn, to grow, but most of all we pray for generations of youth that will walk in Humility. O Lord, we claim the gift of humility right now on every child. Where there is pride, arrogance, self-centeredness, we pray that you would bind and remove these negative characteristics. God you are doing great things right now in the lives of all the youth. We pray that your children would not miss out, because of selfishness. In Jesus name we pray, amen. © 2008 Shaun Lee

Father, we pray for the fruits of the spirit right now. We pray that every marriage would build upon their foundations. Today we pray for the first fruit. LOVE. We claim the gift of love. In order for us to pour love towards our spouse and children we must first love You Lord. Today, we pray that we would build our foundations and strengthen them by loving You O Lord most of all. Where we lack in love, either through our speech, actions, time, serving, physically, and many other ways. In Jesus name we pray that we would learn how to be selfless. Help us in our weaknesses. In Jesus name we pray for greater love to take place in marriages throughout the world right now. Amen.
