Prayers for the youth and marriages – 22 Oct 2008

Lord, we pray for every child that feels lonely right now. In the name of Jesus we pray that they will find comfort in You Lord and not in man. It amazes me how many youths feel alone in this world, even the “cool” kids feel alone. God almighty we pray that in their lonely state they will begin to search for you. The enemy has absolutely no power right now in the name of Jesus. We pray that You would bring restoration, healing, and open their eyes that they may begin to run after their passion in life, their destiny, and what you have in store. Father we lift up every marriage to you right now. We take this opportunity to pray a prayer of blessing for every marriage beyond ten years. We thank you for their faithfulness. We pray for greater strength and greater love right now in the name of Jesus. Father, right now we pray that husbands would be challenged to love their wives just like it was when they first pursued. As we pray I sense many marriages that feel dry and quiet. Today we pray for revival to take place in marriages. We thank you for what you are going to do. In your name we pray, amen.
