Prayers for the youth and marriages – 24 Oct 2008

Lord for every child that thinks his/her life is a waste, and wishes that they were never born. Right now in the name of Jesus we pray that You would open their eyes and reveal to them why You created them. The Lord has created You for a purpose. Father, reveal to every youth their purpose in life. I pray and look forward to the day when every child born will live and fulfil their purpose in life. The Lord has chosen You. You are uniquely made in His identity. Do not ever let the enemy put you down. Do not entertain the lies of the enemy. God’s promises are clear. Today, we pray for hearts of every youth to be comforted by You right now O Lord. In Jesus name we pray, amen. Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations. © 2008 Shaun Lee

In the name of Jesus we pray for strength and courage right now. We pray that marriages would be grounded and rooted in You O Lord. We pray for all marriages that have weak foundations. All those that do not know you. We pray that Your mighty love would overwhelm every marriage that they will not do foolish things to destroy their marriage and families. O God, the financial crisis will cause adversity and will bring about shaking. However, what may seem bad we pray that You would use it to guide the lost to You. We thank you for what you are going to do through this shaking. In Jesus name we pray, amen. Haggai 2:6-7 This is what the Lord Almighty says, In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land. I will shake all nations, and the desired of all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory, says the Lord Almighty.
