Words of Encouragement for Every New Day ~ 26 Feb 2009

Absolutely non-negotiable – God’s unconditional love As I pray for people today, I sense that many of us need to be encouraged by God. God is saying to us that He loves us unconditionally and that is an absolute non-negotiable. However, many of us what more than that from God. Why isn’t God’s unfailing love enough for us? It seems that many of us what more than that. The Joy of the Lord is on you. I sense this heavy weight of negativity, down spirit, discouragement, depression, sadness, and fear. Are we lacking joy in our lives? Let us stop and pause and re-evaluate our lives. Declare right now that we are no longer going to live without the joy of the Lord in our lives. Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Has life come to a point where everything is a chore? Today, God is going to encourage us all. His unfailing love is going to pour on us, to the point of overflow. Watch and see joy overflow from you infecting others around you. Grace despite disgrace. Sin hinders us and easily entangles us. Continue in the path of sin and it will choke every good branch. However, it is because of God’s unconditional love that He has given us grace. If not for His grace, we all would have absolutely no meaning in life. 1 Corin 10:13 No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. As Christ loves us so must we. Finally, God is encouraging us right now to pour out love and joy on others around us. Some people may already be filled with joy and love, but why hold back? Continue pouring love on them. Some people are down and discouraged. Some are hiding their depression. Believe, pray, and know that God is going to use you.
