Praying For The Nations and for the poor – 11 Feb 2009 Psalm 132:14-16 This is my resting place for ever and ever; here I will sit enthroned, for I have desired it-I will bless her with abundant provisions; her poor will I satisfy with food. I will clothe her priests with salvation, and her saints will ever sing for joy. | |
Famine and drought Father, we thank You right now for all that is taking place throughout the world. With famines, droughts, and natural disasters. Many things in life are out of our control. However, You are in control and that is all that matters. Father, let us hold on dearly to Your Word in Mark 23. Let us not waver, but be on guard. Help us to recognize that these are just the beginning of birth pains and the end will only come when the gospel is preached to every nation. Father, right now we pray that we would hold steady and firm to the Word of God. To You, and most of all to draw closer to You. We pray for We pray that through these tough times, many would draw closer to You and rely on You. Father, we pray that Your sons and daughters would boldly stand in the gap so that many will know the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. In Jesus name we pray, amen. © 2009 Lee Shaun Tzen | Father, we pray for the poor right now. Thank you for their lives. Father, help us pray that more sons and daughters who love You would prepare the weak and lost who do not know You. Famine and droughts are expected. But we are not to be alarmed. We are not to waver. Help us Father. Strengthen us Father. Guide us Father. Lord we pray for more of You and less of our selfishness. We pray that this would be the time when we would rise up and take ownership of our land, of our calling, purpose. Lord, we surrender our lives to You. In the name of Jesus we pray that You would prepare the way. Make straight every path, so that we can see clearly through the maze of life. In Jesus name we pray, amen. |
