Prayers for the youth and marriages – 14 Feb 2009 Proverbs 19:27 Stop listening to instruction, my son, and you will stray from the words of knowledge.

Lord we pray for our youth today. We pray that they would work on their character. We pray against pride and arrogance. We pray that our children would be recognized for their faithfulness and humility. Lord, there are many spoilt children everywhere. We pray that they would take the opportunity right now to work on their character. Allow them to see and recognize that with what they have been blessed with they have the ability to make a difference in this world all for Your glory. In the name of Jesus we thank you today that our children will no longer walk with attitudes that stink, but attitudes that are centered in You. In Jesus name we pray, amen. © 2009 Lee Shaun Tzen

We thank you for every couple today. We pray that they would take this opportunity to do something special for their loved ones. However, today we focus our prayers on those that have lost their loved ones either through an illness, accident, or other reasons. Lord, we pray that You would be our light and source of strength. We pray that You would be our comforter. Help us to move on Lord. We thank You for the lasting memories and we pray right now that we would be able to look forward to what the Lord will bring in the future. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
