Prayers for the youth and marriages – 6 Feb 2009 Deuteronomy 11:1 Love the Lord your God and keep His requirements, His decrees, His laws and His commands always.

Father, we pray that our youths would not take their life for granted. We pray against blindness and lack of meaning in their life. As our children continue to fight the pressures from this world. We pray that the Lord’s voice would be the loudest. We pray that the Lord’s comfort would be all that they need. Father, we thank You that our youths will no longer be bound to the hands of the enemy. No longer are we bound to his control. We are sons and daughters of God, and that is all that matters. In the name of Jesus, use our youths. May they walk in humility always. In Jesus name we pray, amen. © 2009 Lee Shaun Tzen

Father, we pray for every marriage right now. Thank you Lord for Your daily reminder that we are nothing without You. Lord, we pray that every marriage would not grow complacent and neglect building their relationship with You and with their spouse. Father, we pray that husbands and wives would stand on this verse. 1 Peter 5:8 Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Father, today we pray that we would be alert. Help us to be aware of temptation. By your grace and mercy, forgive us Father. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
