Prayers for the youth and marriages – 17 Feb 2009 Proverbs 27:17 As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.

Father, we pray for our youths right now. We pray that You would plant mission driven hearts right now. We pray that even at a young age, our children would be able to discern and see things in the supernatural. They see, because they love You and walk with You. Father, we pray that our youths would not fall into the pit of materialism. We pray that they would be selfless. We pray that they would understand the meaning of selflessness versus selfishness. In the name of Jesus we declare the next generation Yours. We pray for every generation right now. Lord we are all Your children. May we be used by You always. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Father, we pray for every marriage right now. We pray that they would be motivated to correct the areas in their lives that are stumbling blocks. We pray that You would rebuke hearts that are not correctable. We pray against false walls that hinder growth, love, and peace. Father, we pray that You would protect our hearts. That we would be faithful to our spouse. God today, we pray that You would sharpen our hearts, lives, and future through our spouse. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.
