Bridging the gap – cross culturally

It is time we get rid of our differences and opinions of other cultures. It is important that we check ourselves. The more we condemn a culture, or put down a race, is it widening the gap?

God’s words are clear to us in Mark 13. The end will only come when the Gospel is preached to every nation. If we call ourselves children of God, yet we condemn other cultures and races, isn’t that a contradiction?

Today, I pray that we would bless and not curse. I hope that we would be able to develop a good habit of blessing. It starts with you and me. I pray that we would be able to bridge the gaps, and stand in the gap towards other cultures. Why? So that it will be easier to fulfil our mission in life.

Are we standing in the gap cross culturally? Or are we making it worst and harder for missionaries to fulfil their purpose? How many missiles and deaths will it take for us to do something about it? We have the ability to pray and declare the will of God. I pray that tomorrow will be a different day because of you and me.

Ezekiel 22:30 I looked for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found none.
