Words of Encouragement for Every New Day ~ 22 Dec 2008

He is the God above all Gods God does not need to prove His worth. God does not need to show His awesome powers for us all to believe that, He is the One and Only. The purpose of this series is solely for this one reason – our relationship with God is ALL THAT MATTERS. There is no other like our God. God showed us the way and led us out of slavery and bondage. He clearly instructs us, yet we disobey Him continually. His commands are simple yet why do we fail to uphold to them? God was there when David defeated Goliath. God was there with Job through every ordeal. God was there with Esther, Daniel, Peter, John, Paul, and today He is still here with us. He has never changed one bit. When He was here on earth He showed us all what we are to do. He is our living example. Yet somehow along the way we have forgotten why in the world we were created for.
