Praying For The Nations and for the poor – 24 Dec 2008

Peace Father, we thank you for this day. As we head into Christmas tomorrow, we pray right now that the Lord’s spirit of peace would be poured up every nation, every soul, and every creature. Father, there are many who want to persecute and kill. Today, we pray that their plans will amount to no avail. Lord God, by Your stripes, help us all recognize the meaning of life. Lord, we pray right now that You would bind, and without force and retaliation, let the enemy stumble on their own feet. God today, we pray that the World would recognize that You and You alone are God. In Jesus name we pray, amen. © 2008 Lee Shaun Tzen

This Christmas O Lord, we pray that every single person in poverty would find peace, security, warmth, and good health. O Lord, we live in an unjust world. However, You are a just God. By Your power, by your will, and by Your grace, we pray that every single person living in poverty would see a miracle today. By faith, we pray that those You would pave the way to allow these precious children of Yours to see and know You. Father, today we celebrate because of Your birth. We pray that those in poverty would be able to do the same. Father, we pray for your protection. Hear our prayers. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
