Words of Encouragement for Every New Day ~ 4 Dec 2008

The fear of the Lord Matthew 6:33 says, But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. The fear of the world hinders us from our full potential and God keeps saying to us the same thing over and over again, seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. The fear of God reveals to us our endless potential because of God. If we carry the fear of the Lord with us wherever we go, we will not care what people think of us. The fear of the Lord, says to speak, yet we don’t. The fear of the Lord, says to move, but we hold back. The fear of the Lord says stop, yet we still keep moving. The fear of the Lord says to forgive, to repent, to restore, yet we don’t. Who are we obedient to? Who are we going to listen to? Are we afraid of man? Are we afraid of the outcome?
