Praying For The Nations and for the poor – 18 Dec 2008

#79 Greenland Father, we thank you that You are in control. To find security and faith in You is priceless. As the world, scientist, environmentalist, etc. try to find reasons for the Arctic Ice from melting, we pray that God’s wisdom, God’s power, and God’s miracles would dumbfound our human wisdom. It is evident and clear that You are shaking the earth and its very pillars, because we have built our pillars on the wrong foundations. Father, we pray that You would continue to shake the earth and shake our hearts, so that we can recognize who is in control and who we need in our lives more. In Jesus name we pray, amen. Job 9:6 He shakes the earth from its place and makes its pillars tremble. © 2008 Shaun Lee

1 Chron 16:35 Cry out, “save us, O God our Savior; gather us and deliver us from the nations, that we may give thanks to Your holy name, that we may glory in Your praise. Father, we pray that right now we would cry out to You in desperation. As more and more of your sons and daughters are pushed to the brink of starvation and death, what are we going to do to bless, to make a difference, and reveal Your amazing glory. Right now O Lord we cry out to You, to save us, gather us and deliver us from the nations, especially those that want to exploit the poor. We give thank to Your holy name and we shout glory to our Lord. We praise Your name always. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
