Words of Encouragement for Every New Day ~ 2 Dec 2008

The Fear of the Lord Psalm 86:11 Teach me your way, O Lord, and I will walk in your truth; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name. The fear of the Lord brings confidence through every trial. Why do we have confidence? Because, the Lord our God teaches us His ways. However, we are clueless to this confidence, if we are never teachable. Our stubborn attitude, our pride, arrogance, and unwillingness to change, stumbles and shatters us. Why do we stumble and shatter? Because, God wants to teach us His way, and what the Fear of the Lord is. God’s anointing, His favor, and His Spirit is on us all. Some know it and others don’t. How desperate are we for all of God and nothing else?
