Prayers for the youth and marriages – 15 Dec 2008

Heavenly Father, we pray for every child today. Every teenager and young adult. Lord, help them see, help them hear, and help them have a heart that beats to Your beat. We pray that You would protect their minds and hearts. It is easy to corrupt minds and corrupt hearts, but with God all things are possible. Today, we humble ourselves O Lord that You would protect our minds and hearts that we would not fall prey to the works of the enemy. Today, we give You glory and praise. Your will be done. We focus our prayers right now for every single marriage. Even those that are done in secret. Your Words and promises are clear, what God has brought together, no one can separate. Today, convict our hearts. Let us not take our marriage lightly. There is power in what God has brought together. O Lord, use marriages to forge and make a difference in this era. We pray for healthy marriages. We pray for marriages to be built on Your foundations. If there are weeds, if there are thorns, if there are weak foundations, we pray for restoration to take place right now. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
