Praying For The Nations and for the poor – 23 Dec 2008

Psalm 23:2-4 He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside quiet waters, He restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.

#83 Guinea

Lord, we thank you for the nation of Guinea today. Thank you Lord that a new season is dawning for Guinea as the nation’s long-ruling dictator, Lansana Conte passed away.

Father, we pray that peace would be filled throughout this nation and the years to come. We pray that prosperity and progress would be the mark of this nation, not because of human capabilities, but because You are all that we want in life.

Today, we pray that the Lord Jesus Christ would be praised, worshiped, and known in the most remote cities.

Today, is going to be a mark on this nation, because the Lord’s favor is going to be poured. No longer will the spiritual oppression persist. We thank you for this. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Lord Jesus we pray and ask that You would guide and lead us. The spiritual battle is tough, and we know it isn’t going to be easy.

The numbers keep multiplying and the number of people that need food and water keeps increasing. O Lord, we pray right now that we would not waste anymore time.

God right now we pray that You would go in advance for us. We pray that more and more people would have care and concern for those that are in need. As the world unites, more will come to know You O Lord. Use us O God. Help us to get out of our comfort zones.

The time is coming and we pray, that we would not delay any longer. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
