Prayers for the youth and marriages – 24 Mar 2009 2 Samuel 22:29 You are my lamp, O Lord; the Lord turns my darkness into light

Father, thank you so much for every child that You have created, purposed, and brought into this world. Today, we pray for all those that are pregnant. Father, we pray that every child would recognise that they have been created and brought into this world for a reason. To make a difference. To establish the Lord’s purpose. Lord, we thank you for all that is going to take place in the years to come. We pray that solid foundations will be established in the lives of our children. We pray that they would respond to challenges in life with their heads held high, because they know the promises of the Lord. Today, is a different day! We praise and lift Your name on high. Father, thank you so much for every marriage. Thank You Lord for the committed hearts. Thank You for the not so committed. We pray right now that we would draw closer to You O Lord. Father, we pray that we would get real with You right now. Help us in areas in our lives where we need to fix, where we need to grow at, where we need to pass on to the next generation. We cry out today for Your grace and mercy to help us. Lead and guide our steps ahead in our marriage, in raising children, and in our future. Father, help those that are financially burdened. Help us remember, that You are our provider and not this world. You O Lord are all we need. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
