Prayers for the youth and marriages ~ 23 May 2010 1 Corinthians 12:26 If one suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honoured, every part rejoices with it.

Father, we pray right now that every child would recognise the importance of respecting and honouring their parents. We pray that a new found restoration of love would take place. Lord Jesus, if we do not love, we do not know You. We pray that our children would remember these words from You. Today, we pray for forgiveness and healing. It is time we bring restoration. We pray that our children would be able to let go. Let go of everything that binds them from walking with You in full love. We pray right now that our youth would value their relationship with You most of all. May they be an example to the world. Our children will be used and we thank You right now. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

In the name of Jesus we declare every marriage Yours right now. Thank You Lord for your unceasing love. Thank You for your grace and mercy that never fails. Lord imbed in our marriage the meaning of love that is defined by You and not the world. We pray right now that the Word of God would come alive in every marriage. If we do not love, we do not know You. Lord Jesus, we pray that love can be re-established today through You O Lord. We need to take ownership of the marriage God has given to us. How can we love our husbands/wives if we do not even know how to love God? In the name of Jesus, help us right now to strength every marriage. May our prayers and praise to You be pleasing. In Your name we pray, amen.
