Prayers for the youth and marriages - 20 Sept 2008

Father today we lift up every child and every youth that has been abused and treated unjustly. Father, in the name of Jesus we pray that each child would find the true meaning of love that can only come from you. We pray that you would restore and bring healing of the wounds from the past. God you value and love each child. We pray that through these tests and adversity you would help ignite a fire in these children to do a great and mighty work all for your glory and fame. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We pray for marriages today. We know how much you hate divorce O Lord. Today we pray that couples throughout the world would begin to re-establish their relationships based on You O Lord. We pray that you would be the foundational pillar that holds marriages stand firm, solid, and grounded. Father we pray that couples would be able to weather through storms, trials, tests and not give up. With the Lord guiding and directing who can be against you? The Lord is our shield and strong tower. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
