Prayers for the youth and marriages - 18 Sept 2008

I thank you for your strong support and encouragement through my Daily Word of Encouragement, Prayer for the nations, and now my new series Prayers for the youth and marriages.

*please note that I do not want to flood your email account with these daily works. So just email me and tell me if you would like to be taken out and I will do so.

**I also want to state that I do not copy and paste any materials. Many people have asked me what book or what devotional do I use to copy my stuff from. Each work is original, my prayers are my own prayers as well.

Prayers for the youth and marriages - 18 Sept 2008

Father, we cry out today that you would bless and protect the youth throughout the world. You have a specific plan and purpose for each and every child. Father, some children have lost their parents. Some youths take for granted their parents. Father, we declare in the name of Jesus that you would bring revival in the youth today. Father, we pray for the gift of humility today to be taught and poured upon your children today. Most of all, we pray that these youths, these leaders would begin to desire and hunger for your Word. God you are going to shake the youth today. You are going to use the youth to humble the wise, humble governments, and nations will be transformed through these children that you love so dearly. Watch over them today and protect their minds. In Jesus name we pray, amen. Psalm 56:3-4 When I am afraid, I will trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I will not be afraid. Father, in the name of Jesus we pray for marriages throughout the World. We thank you that you have bound these marriages for a purpose. Father, we pray that husbands would begin to accept their calling, role and purpose. Teach them to lead righteously because You lead O Lord. We pray for wives today that they would begin to love and accept their calling, role and purpose. Father, healthy marriages throughout the world are going to take place and unfold right now in the name of Jesus. Psalm 55:22 Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall. Genesis 2:24 For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh. Malachi 2:16 I hate divorce, says the Lord God of Israel.
