Word of Encouragement for Every New Day ~ 11 July 2008

My All I give you my best, my first, my last, all is yours. Today’s word of encouragement is about giving your all to one and one alone. Are we giving out best to God? Everyday we have an opportunity to give our best. Yet we fall short, and we have every good excuse, rationale why. Just imagining how God feels makes me realize that I need an attitude check. When I read the Word of God am I giving my best? When I am worshiping God am I giving my best? When I talk to my enemies, when my enemies attack me, am I fighting their game or am I giving God my best by loving them? With one dollar, ten dollars, hundred dollars, a thousand, million, 100 million, it is of no importance. I give you my best God and that is all that matters. Talk is easy, but do we actually mean what we say? I give you my all. Today, let us surrender everything to God. All that He has given to us surrender and give thanks to God. Psalm 8:9 O LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! Hosea 14:2 Take words with you and return to the LORD.
