Word of Encouragement for Every New Day ~ 4 July 2008

Joy, unfailing joy. Today’s word of encouragement is being able to answer this question. How do you know if you have joy in your life? Take away everything that you have, will you still have joy in your life? Why in the world were you created for? Were you created just to eat, breathe, sleep, and take up space? Isn’t this a sad reason for living? If we were made just to do these things, would we have joy? I believe that complete joy is found when we are living for the reasons why God created us for. Today, have you found that reason? If not, I hope that you would be willing to take the steps needed to find out why God created you for. Joy, unfailing joy. I pray and hope we would have that everyday of our lives.
