Word of Encouragement for Every New Day ~ 6 July 2008

My hiding place Today’s word of encouragement is about refuge. We all experience and go through different season in our lives. There are days when we feel lost, frustrated, and alone. I believe that God is challenging us all right now to be excited about our future and what He has planned, but at this point all God is asking us to do, is to run to him, let him be our refuge, our comfort, our hiding place. It is easy to gain refuge from people, relationships, money, material gain, but none of these things will help us gain a strong relationship with God. Today, if God is not our hiding place, then I challenge you to make God your one and only refuge.
