Word of Encouragement for Every New Day ~ 29 Nov 2007

Opportunities! May today’s word be a reminder, an encouragement never to doubt humble beginnings, and even people. Sometimes we look at people and we prejudge them, we even look down on some people; but we never know why God would link us with these people. Sometimes we take a deep look at our lives and we compare ourselves to others our age group who are earning better, have a family, the house, the nice car, and the self-pity party begins. Opportunities! I hope that we would be encouraged at our humble beginnings and more importantly not judge people around us, because we never know what God could do through them. The power of God is beyond our control, the purpose and plans of God are in His hands. Today let us look at life, our lives not through Man’s eyes but the way our Lord see us. 1 Chronicles 16:8 Give thanks to the LORD, call on his name; make known among the nations what he has done. © Nov 2007 Shaun Lee
