Prayers for the youth and marriages ~ 9 Jun 2009 1 Corinthians 12:26 If one suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honoured, every part rejoices with it.

Laying solid foundations Father, we pray that the Word of God would come alive in the hearts of our children. Help us to not be narrow minded in our ways of teaching our children. The heart of education, the foundation of wisdom and knowledge is the Word of God and nothing else. Today, we pray that we would be able to teach our children righteousness above everything else. The World teaches our children the wrong priorities in life. Today, we pray for right priorities worth more than money and riches. In the name of Jesus we pray right now that our children will establish a strong lifestyle of faithfulness. Reading the Word of God and praying to You. We pray right now that marriages will be used today to set an example to generations of young men and women who are interested in getting into a relationship or marriage. Father, we pray that every marriage would be grounded by strong foundations based on the Bible. We pray for husbands and wives right now, we pray that they would never let the Word of God depart from their mouths. Convict us right now Father. If we need to read Your Word more, let us not make an excuse. If we need to repent of our sins then let us do so. Father, the marriage You have given to us is a blessing, we pray that we would not take this for granted. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
