Word of Encouragement for Every New Day ~ 13 Jan 2008

Psalm 55:22 Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall. We live in such a competitive world that sometimes it is unbearable. Just imagine the amount of stress we go through on a daily basis, just to be the top student, to get that A on an exam, to get that dream job, to get married, and many more. Our father is saying to us all today, “Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall.” Today, let’s give all our worries, concerns, and issues to God. I know that many of us have been praying and believing that God will answer us. Do you doubt? Do you want to give up? I know that many of us are battling internally, and on the outside we show others that we are okay. Let’s remove all our defensive barriers and allow God to enter our hearts. Cast all your cares on the Lord, and he will rescue us, answer us, and bring peace to our hearts. Today lets make the first step by submitting to God, Obey Him and Him alone, and surrender to God. © Jan 2008 Shaun Lee
