One piece at a time-standing firm One of the most important parts of our relationship with God is to stand firm upon our faith. People may laugh at us because of our faith, but the Lord is observing our reaction. The Lord is waiting to see when we are going to get serious with our walk with Him. Or are we going to remain the same? Right now the Lord is asking us a serious question: Are we going to remain on the fringe of life or are we going to enter the lions den? When we remain at the fringes of life-it is safe, secure, and does not take much effort. However, in the lions den, this is when we will be tested. This is when our faith is but on trial. Are we ready for this? Is it even necessary? This is a very important question. Some of us have this mindset, the moment I accept You Lord-my life is set. I have no more worries, struggles, pain, and suffering. The Lord our God has warned us before He was put on the cross. We will be tested. Our faith will be tested. 1 Corinthians 16:13 Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong. Many may make fun of us when we pray, pray in tongues, worship the Lord, and even criticize the Word of God-but the Lord is watching and observing us.
