One piece at a time-stumbling blocks The Lord our God is reminding us to be aware of all the stumbling blocks which could hinder us from growing our relationship with Him. There are many stumbling blocks. To say I do not know, it is a lie. If we were simply to ask, our Lord would tell us. Psalm 56:13 For You have delivered me from death and my feet from stumbling, that I may walk before God in the light of life. Our Father has promised us life. He is the only one who has the power to deliver us from death. I pray we would never take our relationship with God for granted. Everyday is a constant reminder of how important it is to build and work on our relationship because of the many stumbling blocks in life. Proverbs 4:11-12 I guide you in the way of wisdom and lead you along straight paths. When you walk, your steps will not be hampered; when you run, you will not stumble. I pray we would be encouraged today to not be easily swayed and moved when the storms of life come or temptations. The devil is our biggest stumbling block. He knows exactly what our earthly desires are. He knows exactly what we are weak at and most prone to falling.
