Words of Encouragement for Every New Day ~ 14 Apr 2010

One piece at a time-true worship True worship to our Lord is undeniable. It is everyday, authentic and real. True worshipers of our Lord are awesome to see because there is absolutely no airs about them. Right now our Lord wants us to examine our worship lifestyle towards Him. Is it true, authentic, and out of pure love? True worship is when no one is looking. When we sing our own song to Him. When we pray, not about our own needs but praying and talking to Him. How often do we talk to God? Do we find ourselves self-conscious? Do we care what people think of us when we lift our hands towards Him? What are we like when the world does not watch us? To this, I ask you right now: are you able to freely worship our Lord Jesus Christ in your secret moments? It takes one step at a time to build our relationship with God. Just because we start something on the right track does not mean we have earned anything. With our Lord it is not even about the amount of good we do everyday. It is simply loving our Lord because we love Him, which is why we do what we do. John 4:23-24 Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.
